Divesh Khatwani

Divesh Khatwani has held various roles in the medical coding industry since 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at ACS Group (American CyberSystems) as a Medical Coder. In this role, they reviewed, determined accuracy of and applied the correct coding conventions to patient charge encounters, procedural and surgical services, as defined through physician documentation. Divesh also identified and reported correct code selection from physician documentation, and supplied correct CPT codes on all procedures and services performed.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Pacific Global Inc. as a Medical Coder and then as a Lead-Medical Coder. In their role as Medical Coder, they reviewed physician assisted diagnosis codes and procedures after thorough review of the medical record, and utilized online coding references. As Lead-Medical Coder, they managed client SLAs, daily workflow management, production planning, and team management and leadership.

Since 2018, they have worked at MedCloud Software Solutions, LLC as a Senior Medical Coder and then as a Product Manager. As Senior Medical Coder, they managed chart completion, worked collaboratively with the patient account department, and worked on claim rejections and payer denials. As Product Manager, they have contributed to the continuous research and innovation of new approaches to be implemented in medical coding, worked on the product life cycle, and performed continuous testing and assurance from a medical coding perspective.

Most recently, Divesh Khatwani began working at TachyHealth in 2021 as a Product Manager. In this role, they contribute to the continuous research and innovation of new approaches to be implemented in medical coding, works on the product life cycle, and performs continuous testing and assurance from a medical coding perspective.

Divesh Khatwani's education history includes a B.Pharma in Pharmacy from Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, obtained between 2007 and 2011. Divesh also obtained an SSC in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from S.R.G.M.Sr.Sec. School between 2005 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Simplilearn, Udemy, AAPC, Veritas Global Consulting Group, LLC (Healthcare), and Scrum Alliance.
