Mostafa Samy has had a varied and extensive career in healthcare, starting with a role as a Dentist in 2009. In 2016, they became a Healthcare Management Specialist at Healthcare Management Analytic & Quality, followed by a Quality Management Specialist at Cleopatra Hospitals Group in 2017. In 2018, they were appointed Medical Records And Information Management Director at Andalusia Egypt. In 2017, they also took on a role as a Statistical Programmer. In 2020, they became Dental Center Manager at Wonders Dental Care. In 2021, they were appointed Project Manager at Med Right for Medical Services, Medical Audit Manager at Shiny White Dental Centers - Dr. Shady Ali Hussein, and Medical Information Management | Statistical Analysis & Medical Concierge Manager at Nasaaem Hospital. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Data Science Product Manager at TachyHealth.

Mostafa Samy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from Ain Shams University from 2003 to 2009. Mostafa is currently pursuing an Msc in Operations Research, Management and decision support from FGSSR - Faculty of Graduate Studies for Statistical Research at Cairo University. Mostafa is also pursuing an Applied Statistics degree from the same institution. From 2016 to 2017, they obtained a TQM in Healthcare Quality Management from the Arab Institute for Continuing Professional Development. From 2017 to 2019, they obtained an Infection Prevention and Control Professional Diploma from the Arab Institute of Continuous Professional Development. Additionally, they completed a Fellowship Residency in Oral cranio-maxillofacial plastic reconstructive surgery Residency from 2013 to 2017.
