Barbie Cannon

Barbie Cannon currently serves as Operations Coordinator at Tachyon Networks, Inc., beginning in September 2022. Previously, Barbie held the position of Subcontract Administrator at Redhorse Corporation from October 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing subcontract administration for both Government and commercial clients, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations, and handling various contractual agreements. From September 2013 to September 2017, Barbie worked as Subcontracts Administrator II at Serco, providing comprehensive subcontract and proposal support, conducting cost/price analyses, and managing Government contract awards. Earlier experience includes roles as Procurement Expeditor I and Storekeeper/Logistics Specialist at the US Navy, focusing on procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Barbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has earned multiple associate degrees in medical specialties and business administration.
