David Nelles is the CEO and Founder of Tacit Therapeutics since April 2021. Previously, David was the CTO and Co-founder of Locanabio, Inc. from April 2016 to January 2020. David also worked as a Postdoctoral scholar in RNA-targeting gene therapy at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine from July 2016 to October 2017. David's academic background includes a PhD in Materials Engineering from UC San Diego and a BS in Engineering Physics from the University of Pittsburgh.
