Ellen Thorne is the current VP of People and Culture at Tackle. Ellen has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held leadership positions at both CloudBees and Red Hat. Ellen is passionate about helping businesses create the best employee experience possible, and has driven numerous initiatives focused on performance management, talent management, and engagement.

Ellen Thorne is a Business Administration student with a concentration in management from Meredith College.
