Mike Mason

Mike Mason is an accomplished strategic advisor with extensive experience in sales and marketing across technology-focused companies. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Tackle.io since September 2025, Mike previously held significant roles at Varonis, including Global Alliance Director, where the development of the Strategic Alliances function led to substantial growth with key partnerships and revenue increases. As Regional Sales Director, Mike built a cloud sales team and established a foundational partnership with Salesforce. Earlier roles at FairWarning® included Vice President of Financial Services Sales, General Manager of Cloud Security, and Senior Product Marketing Manager, contributing to the company's leadership in data protection for cloud applications. Additional experience includes product management at Rakuten MediaForge, marketing leadership at UCentive, and operational management in co-founding companies like Book Buyer Inc. and ValoreBooks. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the State University of New York at Fredonia and pursued additional studies at UC San Diego.
