Karalee Nielsen Fallert is the Owner of All Good Industries, a restaurant management company based in Charleston, South Carolina, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes Taco Boy, Park & Grove, The Royal American, and The Bounty Bar. Serving as a Partner at Taco Boy since 2005, Karalee contributes to crafting exceptional Mexican-inspired cuisine and fostering community engagement. As a Partner at Park & Grove, Karalee helps enhance the local dining experience near Hampton Park, while at The Royal American, Karalee supports the venue's vibrant music and culinary scene. At The Bounty Bar, operational since April 2022, an emphasis is placed on quality food and a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, Karalee is a Founding Partner of The Green Heart Project, which focuses on garden-based education to strengthen community ties. Previously, Karalee owned Revolutionary Eating Ventures from 2005 to 2017.
