Sarah Franklin possesses extensive experience in the food and nutrition sector, currently serving as a Server at Taco Boy since May 2020, where responsibilities include menu familiarization and order accuracy. Franklin completed a Dietetic Internship at Lowcountry Food Bank, focused on community food service management, nutrition education, and food safety principles. Additional internship experience includes roles at DaVita Kidney Care and Roper St. Francis Healthcare, where Franklin participated in clinical and food service rotations. Education includes a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston. Franklin also volunteered to assist the dietary team at Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant Hospital.
