Eugene Fina has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Eugene'smost recent position was as the Vice President of OEM Sales at Taco Comfort Solutions, where they focused on driving new business opportunities and overseeing a team of product managers. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of New Business Development, Vice President of the Circulator Business Unit, and Vice President of Marketing at the same company. In these roles, Eugene was responsible for developing innovative solutions, improving the company's brand and marketing strategies, and managing teams to meet segment goals. Before joining Taco Comfort Solutions, Eugene held roles such as Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Designer at different companies, where they directed product development, managed portfolios, and designed new products. Eugene also has experience in manufacturing and quality management, having worked as a Manufacturing and Quality Specialist at Image Therm Engineering. Eugene began their career as an Engineering Technologist at Verrillion, Inc., where they supported product development and manufacturing for optical fiber manufacturing processes. Eugene also worked as a Process Technician at Corning Incorporated, ensuring compliance with quality regulations and creating training curricula. Prior to that, Eugene served as a Research and Development Technician and Mechanical Engineering Technician at Xerox, where they contributed to the development of new technologies and oversaw manufacturing assembly lines. Eugene Fina completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician at Monroe Community College. After that, they attended Johnson & Wales University where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management between 2006 and 2008. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Rhode Island from 2010 to 2014.
