Gabriel Covete

Gabriel Covete has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gabriel currently holds the position of Vice President, Area Sales - Middle East & Latin America at Taco Comfort Solutions since June 2021. Prior to this, they spent a significant portion of their career at Armstrong Fluid Technology. From June 1999 to February 2021, they served as the General Manager - Latin America and Country Leadership. From May 2015 to May 2019, they held the role of General Manager - Latin America and Global Data Centers. Gabriel also worked as the General Manager - Latin America from November 2011 to May 2015 and as the Regional Sales Manager - Latin America from April 2003 to November 2011. Gabriel started their journey with Armstrong Fluid Technology as a Sales and Application Engineer - International Sales from June 1999 to April 2003. Before joining Armstrong Fluid Technology, Gabriel worked at Moody International Trading USA (European Operations) as a Sales Engineer/Project Manager from September 1994 to January 1999.

Gabriel Covete holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. In 1995 to 1996, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business/Trade/Commerce at Academia de Studii Economice din București. In 2003, Gabriel attended the Schulich School of Business at York University to acquire knowledge in Sales Force Management. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed the Ivey Leadership Program at The Ivey Academy, which is part of the Ivey Business School.
