Steven Sullivan has over 40 years of work experience, starting in 1980 at Texas Instruments where they supported automotive pressure switch and aircraft circuit breaker production lines. Steven gained extensive knowledge of production yield loss and best practices for new product development. In 1987, they took on new product development responsibilities within the Controls Division, supporting automotive, secondary battery, and HVAC business opportunities.

In 2006, Sullivan joined Sensata Technologies as a Senior Member Technical Staff, where they had engineering leadership roles in the Controls Division. Steven supported new product development for electro-mechanical safety products and worked directly with business development colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Sullivan then worked at CR Bard - Davol in 2009 as an Advanced Quality Engineer and at STD MED as a Project Engineering Manager, from 2009 to 2010.

Their most recent role is as a Product Innovation & Development Engineer at Taco Comfort Solutions since 2011. In this role, they are responsible for new product development, existing product optimization, and technical project management across all business segments. Steven works with multi-disciplined team members within a phase/gate design control process to produce innovative cost-effective solutions.

Steven Sullivan's education history includes attending the University of Rhode Island, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended La Salle Academy, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for this educational experience.
