Victoria Johnson, MHPA, serves as the Racial Equity and Justice Policy Coordinator at Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department since April 2023 and has held several positions at Providence Health & Services since September 2018, including DEI Administrator and Health Equity and Diversity Project Manager. In these roles, Victoria promotes and implements strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion across Oregon and Washington, leads cross-state trainings on culturally informed care, and collaborates with community health partners. Previous experience includes positions as Project Manager at Consistent Care Services, Marketing Coordinator at Crux Subsurface, Inc., and other roles that involved project management, data analysis, and community engagement. Victoria holds a Master of Health Policy and Administration from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations & Advertising from Texas Wesleyan University.
