Josh Garcia has over a decade of experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Superintendent for Tacoma Public Schools since March 2012. Prior to this role, Josh Garcia was the Assistant Superintendent at Federal Way Public Schools from July 2004 to June 2012. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Seattle University, a Master of Education (MEd) from Heritage University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Washington State University, along with a Teaching Certification from the University of Idaho.
