Faith Levesque

Faith Levesque, MPA, LNHA, CDP, currently serves as the Regional Vice President at Taconic Health Care since October 2023. Prior to this role, Faith held the position of Administrator at CareRite Centers from December 2021 to September 2023 and previously at Hudson Wide Healthcare. Faith's extensive experience in healthcare administration includes serving as Executive Director/Administrator at Highland Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, SNU Administrator at Catskill Regional Medical Center, and Administrator at Northern Metropolitan and Northern Manor, among others. Faith began a career in social work prior to transitioning into administration and holds an MPA in Long-Term Care and Gerontology from Long Island University and an MS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
