The Development and Project Management team at Taconic Partners oversees the full lifecycle of real estate development and construction projects. This includes initial site assessment, financial modeling, design coordination, permitting, and community liaison activities. The team ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also identifying and capitalizing on value-add opportunities for both commercial and residential properties. Members collaborate closely with other departments to align projects with Taconic’s strategic goals and investment criteria.
