Jessica Bashaw

Jessica Bashaw currently serves as the Organizational Development Manager at Taconic Biosciences, where responsibilities include developing global onboarding strategies and creating training programs using ADDIE and Agile models. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Training Program Coordinator at The Research Foundation for SUNY, managing the design and implementation of various training curricula and nurturing instructional designers and trainers. Jessica's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Education Specialist, where program development addressed customer needs, and as a Case Worker at Washington County DSS, focusing on adolescents in foster care. Jessica holds a Doctor of Education in Global Training and Development from Northcentral University and has master’s and bachelor’s degrees related to education and psychology.
