Andy Wells

Andy Wells has over 28 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a significant tenure at Tacos 4 Life Grill since December 2017, where Andy currently serves as Vice President of Franchise Operations, having also held roles such as Director of Training and Franchise Area Director, Area Director, and General Manager. Prior to this, Andy spent two decades at Marketplace Grill from November 1997 to November 2017, progressing through various positions including Multi Unit Manager, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Service Manager. Initial experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at MarketPlace Express and a Food Server position at Marketplace Grill. Andy is an alumnus of the University of Arkansas.
