Previous roles include President of Texarkana at Bank OZK from May 2016 to June 2024, Owner of Big Cheese Pizza from April 2014 to January 2020, and Vice President/Texarkana Business Banking Manager at Wells Fargo from May 2005 to April 2014. Toney's earlier experience features roles as Student Pastor at FBC, Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer at Summit Bank, and various loan and credit management positions at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Centex Home Equity Corp, and Wells Fargo Financial. Toney holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Henderson State University, with additional training from Southern Methodist University’s ABA National Commercial Lending School.
