Jo Culley

Jo Culley is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the Deputy Recruitment Manager at TACT Fostering since October 2013, where responsibilities include managing the foster carer recruitment pipeline for the North of England and Scotland, overseeing assessments of potential foster carers, and line managing independent sessional social workers. Prior roles include Regional Recruitment Lead, Acting Deputy Manager of the Business Development Unit, Specialist Social Worker, and Senior Supervising Social Worker. Jo's earlier experience includes working as a Supervising Social Worker at Manchester City Council and as a Children Social Worker at Lancashire County Council. Jo holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Lancashire, and a BTEC ND in Early Childhood Studies from Runshaw College.
