Dan Cooper currently serves as the Vice-President of Scientific Affairs, Pharmacoeconomics, and Market Access at TACT, a position held since October 2022. As the President of USOP Rx and a pharmacist, pharmacoeconomist, and pharmacoepidemiologist at COOPERx Stratégies INC. since March 2015, Dan Cooper has extensive experience in the field. Dan Cooper has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Université Laval and Université de Montréal, teaching courses on pharmacoeconomics. Previous roles include Senior Scientific Advisor in Pharmacoeconomics at INESSS and various consulting positions in pharmacoeconomics. Dan Cooper holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy, a Master's degree in Pharmacy with a focus on pharmacoeconomics, and has completed postdoctoral research in pharmacoeconomics at McMaster University. Continuing education in negotiation skills is pursued at Harvard University.
