Jack Brandwood is a Co-Founder and Director at tact., where the focus is on creating a simple yet effective recruitment process, a position held since April 2021. In June 2023, Jack began co-organizing the Manchester Web Meetup, which facilitates knowledge sharing among web developers. Additionally, Jack hosts The Start & Scale Podcast, engaging with guests from leading tech companies to explore industry challenges and insights. Prior experience includes roles as a Principal Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead at Insight IT & Engineering Recruitment from January 2017 to March 2021, and as a Recruitment Consultant at SThree from December 2015 to December 2016, specializing in placing .NET developers. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
