Miguel Díaz-Rivera

Miguel Díaz-Rivera began their career in 2013 as a Director/Writer/VFX Supervisor/3D Environment & Prop Modeler/Texture/Lighter/Compositor for VXIII Productions, creating an homage to the Ninja Turtles. Miguel then served as a Co-Editor/Visual Effects Compositor for the same company. In 2014, they took on roles as Visual Effects Supervisor, Compositor & Assistant Director for The Glorious G & VXIII Productions, Visual Effects Compositor for Independent, Visual Effects Compositor for RG Pictures LLC, Motion Graphics Artist for New Horizon Picture Corp. & Acade, Rigger & Surfacing Artist for Academy of Art University, and Gaffer/Motion Graphics Artist for Sapphire Films & VXIII Productions. In 2015, they returned to VXIII Productions as a Director/Writer/Editor. In 2016, they joined Ntropic as a VFX & CG Artist, and in 2021 they became an Art Director for Tactic.

Miguel Díaz-Rivera obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Visual Effects from the Academy of Art University between 2012 and 2015. Miguel also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Filmmaking Production from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón between 2007 and 2011.
