Hayley Conick

Hayley Conick has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Hayley currently works as the Chief of Staff at Tactic, where they are responsible for orchestrating and aligning activities across all business areas to facilitate scaling. Hayley also looks for improvement opportunities and develops and implements the Go-to-Market strategy.

Before joining Tactic, Hayley worked as an Independent Consultant in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the UK MD/Country Manager at Too Good To Go, a registered B-Corp with a mission to fight food waste on a large scale. Hayley played a crucial role in developing and executing the UK strategy, building and motivating teams, and overseeing daily operations.

In 2016, Hayley worked at GENIAC as the Business Lead for Strategy & Marketing. Hayley also served as the Country Manager for the UK & Ireland at Upwork from 2012 to 2015. During their time at Upwork, they were responsible for expanding and evolving the company in these markets, executing global strategies, and driving business development, partnerships, and PR strategies.

Hayley's career began in 2008 at Smarta, where they were the Head of Business Strategy & Operations. Hayley played a pivotal role in taking Smarta from an idea to launch, securing investments, and managing various aspects of the business, including operations, partnerships, and product development. Additionally, they worked as an Associate at Bright Station Ventures from 2006 to 2008.

Hayley Conick's education history includes obtaining an MA (Cantab) in History from Christ's College, Cambridge. Hayley also pursued History at the University of Cambridge, where they earned an MA Cantab degree.
