Mick Guthals

Mick Guthals currently serves as the Director of International Business Development at Tactical Air Support since November 2023. Previously, from June 2022 to June 2024, Mick held the position of Senior Manager of Business Development at Elbit Systems of America. Mick's earlier experience includes a five-year tenure as Senior Manager of Business Development at Tactical Air Support, Inc., and a seven-year role at Textron Defense Systems, where Mick was Director of Business Strategy and Capture as well as Director of Business Development for Air Force and US Navy systems. Mick's military background includes significant leadership positions in the United States Air Force, such as Vice Wing Commander of the Air Combat Command's Operational Test & Evaluation Wing, Deputy Group Commander for the USAF’s largest bomber group, and B-1 Formal Training Unit Commander. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Aeronautical Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
