Rick Mormino

Rick Mormino has held various positions in the medical device industry since 1997. Rick began their career at Xylos Corporation as the Director of Pilot Plant Operations, where they led product design teams to develop and produce new medical devices. From 2003 to 2012, they worked at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. in various roles including Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management, Senior Concept Manager, and Senior Project Engineer. In 2012, they moved to Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. (KGS) as a Senior Product Manager. In 2017, they joined TraumaFX Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Product Engineering, where they managed all stages of the Product Management, Product Engineering and Repair Operations functions. Most recently, they have been working as the Senior Director of Product Development at TacMed Solutions\u2122 since 2020.

Rick Mormino completed their educational journey at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, receiving a PhD in Chemical Engineering in 2002, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1993, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1990.
