Evan Rathburn

Evan Rathburn is an experienced safety professional with a robust background in occupational safety and health, holding both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from the University of Central Missouri. Currently serving as a Safety Manager at Tactical Safety Solutions since September 2024, Evan conducts field inspections and collaborates with general contractors and sub-contractors to enhance safety culture. Previously, as a Safety Specialist at Kissick Construction Company, Inc. and Wanzek Construction, Inc., responsibilities included overseeing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and developing site-wide safety policies. Additionally, Evan gained initial experience as a Safety Intern at Wanzek Construction, focusing on safety initiatives for a wind farm project.
