Asbjoern Malte Soendergaard has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Project Manager at Lassen.net. In 2004, they worked as a Shockwave/Flash/Web Application Developer at Betabug Inc. and as a Web Developer at Kimbrer Systems. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Business Analyst at Contex Scanning Technology, where they managed pay per click campaigns and conducted search engine optimization and analysis. In 2006, they became a Lead Scripter at Guppyworks and later joined Crytek GmbH as a Development Manager. At Crytek, they were responsible for the Crysis franchise and implemented an agile production framework. In 2008, they founded Tactile Games and served as the CEO and Founder.

Asbjoern Malte Soendergaard has a diverse education history. Asbjoern Malte obtained an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended the National Academy of Digital, Interactive Entertainment in 2005 and 2006, where they obtained a degree in Game Production. In earlier years, from 2003 to 2006, Soendergaard earned an MSc in Media Technology and Games from IT-Universitetet i København. Asbjoern Malte also studied Communication and Project Management at Copenhagen Business School from 2001 to 2002. Their educational journey began at Roskilde University, where they obtained a BA in Business Studies from 1999 to 2002. Soendergaard's earlier education includes attending Carringbar High in 1998 and completing their Danish High School education at Roskilde Amtsgymnasium from 1996 to 1998.
