Kayla Hambek

Kayla Hambek is an accomplished Instructional Designer with extensive experience in developing training content and implementing software solutions in various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at Tactile Medical since February 2024, Kayla spearheads organization-wide software projects, including e-commerce and Salesforce implementations, while creating comprehensive eLearning materials. Previously, as a Senior Instructional Designer at Provation Medical, Kayla trained over 13,000 medical professionals and built a new training department from the ground up. Kayla's earlier roles include Training and Development Specialist at Insite Software, where expertise in product training was demonstrated, and various positions that highlight managerial and sales proficiency. Kayla holds multiple degrees, including an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership.
