Brent King has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brent is currently serving as a Director at Tactile Orthopaedics since October 2021. Prior to this, Brent held the position of Board of Directors at Surface Medical Inc. starting from December 2013.

Brent also served as the Chief Technology Officer at ZeroSound Systems Inc. from February 2021 to September 2022. Brent was an Awards Coordinator at the Ernest C. Manning Awards Foundation from December 2013 to December 2019.

Brent had their own business called TwoShine County ltd. from October 2014 to July 2017, where they worked as the CEO. Brent focused on maximizing the exposure and revenue potential of the Country Music Duo known as TwoShine County.

Brent founded the Got Ginch Underwear Drive at The Mustard Seed in 2008, which delivered thousands of pairs of men's underwear to homeless shelters. This program ran for six years before undergoing retooling in 2014. Additionally, Brent served as an investor at Deliver Good in 2010-2011.

Brent King attended Dr. E.P. Scarlett for an unknown duration, during which they did not pursue a degree or a specific field of study. Brent then went on to the University of Calgary from 1985 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. Following this, from 1991 to 1997, they attended The University of British Columbia and pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering, although it does not specify if they completed a degree in this field.
