Nick Nikolaiev 🇺🇦

Nick Nikolaiev has over 14 years of work experience. In 2006, they began their career as a Business Analyst at Olymp Group. Nick then moved to Pivdennyi Bank as a Senior Consultant. In 2010, they became the Director of Strategy & Business Development at UKRAgro Group and an Independent Consultant. In 2011, they joined Kardinal Group as the Director of Finance & Innovation. In 2016, they completed an MBA Internship at Mountain Planet and an MBA Internship - Strategy at Optus. In 2017, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of TaskPace AI. In 2020, they joined Antler as a Founder in Residence and Tactiq as Co-Founder & COO. Throughout their career, they have worked on projects for financial, construction, R&D, retail, and manufacturing companies. Nick has also successfully implemented CRM, ERP, accounting, and managerial information systems (MIS). In 2014, they built and implemented an anti-crisis framework in the portfolio of companies during the revolution in Ukraine. In 2020, they re-engaged with clients to help them overcome the COVID-19 crisis.

Nick Nikolaiev has a diverse educational background. Nick began their academic journey in 2001 when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) from Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications. Nick then continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in ICT in 2006. In 2007, they enrolled in a part-time Post Graduate Diploma program in Economics and Finance at Odessa State Economics University, which they completed in 2009. In the same year, they began PhD Studies in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) at Odessa National Telecommunications Academy, which they completed in 2009. In 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Finance from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. In 2018, they completed the Advisor Track Startup School at Y Combinator. Most recently, they completed the Google Startup Growth Lab Program at Google Growth Lab in 2021. Additionally, they hold a Salesforce Ranger certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.
