Robert Kaiser has a wealth of work experience. Robert began their career in 2013 as an Intern in Advisory, Information Technology at KPMG Deutschland. In 2014, they were an Intern in M&A/Corporate Finance at cf:M GmbH corporate finance MITTELSTAND. In 2015, they worked as a Working Student in Consulting (Part-time internship during academic semester) at KPMG in Deutschland. In 2016, they were an Intern at Roland Berger, an Intern in Business Recovery Services (Restructuring unit) at PwC, and Co-Founder at AIDLETICS, where they aimed to enlarge the impact of sports by creating a bigger positive impact and motivating people to get physically active. In 2018, they joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate and Junior Associate. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as Chief Of Staff and Business/Ops at Tacto.

Robert Kaiser is currently pursuing a Researcher in Business & Politics at the University of California, Berkeley. Robert is also enrolled in a Honours Degree in Technology Management at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) and a Master's Degree in Management & Technology; focused on politics at the Technical University of Munich. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Management Double Degree from the ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Global Business from Dublin City University. In 2003, they achieved an Abitur (Higher education entrance qualification in Germany) from Johannes Kepler Gymnasium, Reutlingen.
