Eliana Bejarano Pérez

Eliana Bejarano Pérez has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and product implementation. Eliana worked as a Software Engineer and Solution Consultant at Tacton CPQ as a contractor starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Cafeto Software as a Software Engineer in Product Implementation starting in 2017.

At PROS, Eliana held multiple roles as a contractor. Eliana worked as a Software Engineer in Product Implementation from April 2021 to December 2022, where they managed implementation activities and provided support to the project team. Eliana also worked as a Cloud Operations Engineer from March 2018 to April 2021, where they handled incident and service requests, monitored and supported operation level customers, and utilized cloud platforms for monitoring. Additionally, they worked as a Service Support Engineer from February 2017 to March 2018.

Before their time at PROS, Eliana started their career as a Junior Developer Engineer at Renovautos Express in 2007. In this role, they assisted the Development Manager with software design and coding, and actively participated in company development meetings.

Eliana Bejarano Pérez completed a Deepening Course in Software Engineering at the Institucion Universitaria Antonio José Camacho in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their degree in Informática, comunicaciones y servicios de asistencia from the same institution, which they pursued from 2013 to 2016.

In terms of certifications, Eliana obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in February 2021. Eliana also completed a Curso de Administración de Servidores Linux at Platzi in June 2022. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Listening to Customers, Negotiation Foundations, and Working on a Cross-Functional Team from LinkedIn in February 2023.
