Kristina Mutalapova started their work experience as a Teaching Fellow at Perm State University in 2011, where they conducted classes with students in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures. Kristina also organized and planned the educational process.

Kristina Mutalapova has a diverse education history. In 2012, they obtained a Specialist degree in English Philology from Perm State University (PSU) after completing a 5-year program. In 2019, they attended the Software Development Academy at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they focused on computer software engineering. The same year, they also obtained a certification in Java Programming from Udemy. In 2020, Kristina completed a Full Stack JavaScript course at the School of Applied Technology </Salt>, further expanding their knowledge in computer software engineering. Kristina also obtained a certification in React: Using TypeScript from LinkedIn and a Full Stack JavaScript Developer certification from Treehouse in the same year. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from BKC-IH Moscow.
