Joonas Mäenpää is a Process Development Engineer at TactoTek since November 2022, with prior experience as a Thesis Worker in Process Development Engineering. Joonas has held multiple roles at Nokia, starting as a Production Operator from May 2019 to August 2019, progressing to Team Leader positions in 2020 and 2021, and returning to Team Leader responsibilities for a third stint in 2022. Earlier experience includes an Engineering Assistant role at Insinööritoimisto Airlon Oy in 2018 and serving as a Second Lieutenant in the Finnish Defence Forces from July 2017 to June 2018. Educational accomplishments include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Oulu, completed in May 2023, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution in July 2021, and upper secondary education from Iin lukio between 2014 and 2017.
