Al Bellis has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2023, they worked as the Head of Product Innovation at Tactus Group. Prior to that, they were a self-employed consultant specializing in commercial contract, e-commerce, tech, and media. Bellis also held the position of Head of Partnerships at musicMagpie from 2015 to 2023. Before that, they served as the Commercial Development Lead at Xbite Ltd from 2012 to 2014. Al was also the Head of Music & Digital at MBL Group PLC from 2010 to 2012 and the Head of Buying - Entertainment at MBL Group Limited from 2007 to 2010. Bellis started their career at Handleman Company, where they held various roles such as Senior Music Buyer, Range Buyer, Senior Merchandise Analyst, Buyer (Singles UK), and Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer.
Al Bellis has a BA (hons) in Design Studies from The University of Salford. Al also attended Winstanley College, but no degree or field of study is specified.
