Rachel Bibby began their work experience in 2019 as a freelance worker. In 2020, they worked as a Production Coordinator and Camera Operator for Badger & Combes LLP, where they organized and liaised with various artists for live streamed events. Rachel also worked as a Production Assistant and Camera Assistant for ICZ Media, filming live events and setting up equipment. Rachel also served as a Drone Assistant for BBC Sports Relief, ensuring a clear and safe environment for the "Beat Beethoven" 5k run. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Support at Tactus Group.

Rachel Bibby obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Wildlife Conservation from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Rachel then pursued further education at The University of Salford, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Wildlife Documentary Production from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their degrees, they also received a certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from THE TEFL ACADEMY in July 2017.
