Harsh Koppula

Harsh Koppula has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Harsh started their career in 1983 as a Consultant at Schlumberger, where they gained expertise in business and operations consulting. Harsh later joined CP Clare Corporation in 1988 as the Vice President of Advanced Magnetic Products. During their time there, they created the fastest-growing manufacturing outsourcing business, contributing to the company's successful initial public offering.

In 1999, Harsh became the President & CEO of Sumida America, a Japan-based manufacturer of electronic components. Harsh was responsible for running the North American business, managing three manufacturing plants in Mexico, and overseeing product sourcing from China. Harsh led the company's P&L and held this role until 2004.

After leaving Sumida America, Harsh founded C3Research in 2004 and served as the President. The firm provided marketing services to global consumer and B2B brands, focusing on brand research, customer value measurement, and business research. Harsh utilized cutting-edge research from thought leaders to solve practical problems in marketing and strategy.

In 2008, Harsh assumed a leadership position as the CEO of CGN Global, a business transformation company. Showing their entrepreneurial spirit, they co-founded TADA in 2016, a spinoff from CGN Global. TADA is a cognitive platform that creates a digital duplicate of a business ecosystem, driving digital transformation with speed and adaptability. Harsh served as a board member and co-founder of TADA.

In the same year, Harsh also became the COO & Co-Founder of TadaNow, another venture of his. With an extensive background in business transformation and leadership roles, Harsh has a proven track record of success in various industries.

Harsh Koppula has a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Harsh also holds an MBA in Operations Management and an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
