Ron Mareachen

Ron has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field including auditing; taxation; preparation of corporate and personal financials; and transactions between related party entities requiring consolidated financial statements. He is responsible for reporting the operating and financial status of Tada and CGN to the Executive Leadership Council through Cash Flow forecasts and presenting Strategic Options Analysis with FlashProfit & Loss forecasts. Ron is the liaison to business partners including Bankers, Attorneys, Tax Preparers, and technology & Financials Auditors to fulfill compliance responsibilities. He oversees the finance Department functions including Customer Billing and Collection, Accounts Payable, Payroll processing, and Administration of Microsoft DynamicsSL. His industry experience spans manufacturing, Food Services, Technology Consulting, Insurance Agents /Brokers, Leasing Companies, Publishing / Printing, Medical, Auto Dealerships, Mortgage Banking, and Not-For-Profit Organizations. Ron received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
