Boris Weidt

Boris Weidt has extensive work experience in the legal field. Boris most recently worked at Tadano Europe as the Chief Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, where they oversaw the compliance area and provided counseling on various legal matters. Prior to that, they served as the Assistant General Counsel and Chief Legal Counsel EMEAR at Terex Global GmbH, providing legal counsel and drafting agreements for all segments of the company. Boris also worked as the General Counsel at Fränkische Rohrwerke and DEWB AG, where they handled investment agreements and supported the day-to-day business of portfolio companies. Before that, they held positions as a Senior Legal Counsel at Venturepark AG, a Lawyer at Walter & Partner (Law Firm), and a Legal Counsel at JAXX Group.

Boris Weidt obtained their First Legal State Exam degree in Law from the University of Kiel and the University of Würzburg, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they furthered their education at the Higher Regional Court (OLG) of Hamm from 1995 to 1997, where they completed their Second Legal State Exam degree. During this period, they specialized in Law as a Trainee Lawyer.
