Emyr Paskaputra

Emyr Paskaputra has a diverse work history, primarily in business strategy and development roles. Emyr began their career in 2014 at Charmant GmbH Europe, where they worked in various capacities, including as a Digital Innovation Manager and Junior Sales Planning Manager. In these roles, they led CRM reintroduction projects, integrated sales reports, unified ERP systems, and analyzed and implemented digital innovation tools. Emyr then transitioned to a role as Business Transformation Manager at CHARMANT Group from December 2020 to March 2022. Following this, they joined ACTIVY as a Business Development Manager from August 2020 to November 2022. Most recently, they joined Assetra Inno Medikos as a Business Strategy Consultant starting in February 2020. Additionally, Emyr Paskaputra is currently working as a Financial Controller at tado°, starting in December 2022.

Emyr Paskaputra is currently enrolled in the CORe Program at Harvard Business School Online, starting in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Internationales Management from Hochschule Bochum and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing und verbundene unterstützende Dienste from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certificate in M&A from Imperial College London in August 2021, and certificates in Business Analysis and Statistics for Business Analytics from Udemy in July 2020 and September 2020, respectively.
