Lilia Baough

Lilia Baough has extensive work experience in supply chain management and consulting. In 2012, they worked as an Operational Excellence Engineer at Parfums Christian Dior. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Supply Chain Consultant at Univers Retail. In 2017, Lilia joined Capgemini Consulting as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant. Lilia then moved to tado° in 2019 and held the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager until August 2022. Currently, Lilia works at tado° as the Head of Global Supply Chain Management, starting in September 2022.

Lilia Baough obtained a Master's degree in Supply Chain Design and Management from École des Ponts ParisTech, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Lilia also obtained an Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, specializing in Black Belt, from CentraleSupélec between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, Lilia completed an Executive Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, focusing on Green Belt, from CentraleSupélec from 2014 to 2015. Lilia's undergraduate education was at Ecole Nationale Polytechnique, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Lilia has also earned certifications in various fields, including "First Steps in Making the Business Case for Sustainability" from Coursera in February 2019 and "Université des Impact'Preneures" from HEC Paris in July 2016. Additionally, Lilia also obtained a certification in Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from CentraleSupélec, year of completion unspecified.
