Stefan Cyliax

Stefan Cyliax has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stefan is currently working as an Engineering Manager at tado° since August 2022. Prior to this, Stefan worked as a Global Technology Manager at ASAM e.V. from January 2021 to June 2022, where they managed and coordinated OpenX standards for simulation and test automation of Autonomous Driving.

Before ASAM e.V., Stefan worked at MAGNA Telemotive GmbH, where they held the positions of Creative Lead Automated Driving & Machine Learning from January 2019 to December 2020, and Creative Supervisor Advance Development from April 2018 to December 2018.

Prior to MAGNA Telemotive, Stefan worked at Telemotive AG, where they held various roles including Project responsible Project Engineer from April 2016 to March 2018, Project Engineer from April 2012 to October 2013, and Student Trainee from November 2010 to March 2011, among others.

Stefan also gained valuable research experience as a Student Research Assistant at TU Ilmenau, where they worked at the Department of Electronic Measurement Research Lab from October 2008 to March 2010, and at the Department of Digital Signal Processing from November 2007 to May 2008.

Stefan Cyliax completed a Nanodegree in Self Driving Car Engineering at Udacity from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Technische Universität Ilmenau from 2003 to 2012, where they pursued a field of study in Ingenieurinformatik. The degree obtained from Technische Universität Ilmenau is undisclosed.
