Phoebe Tan

Phoebe Tan has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2001 as an Audit Senior Assistant at K K Wong & Associates in Singapore. In 2003, they moved to Chua Soo Chiew & Co., Singapore, where they worked as an Audit Assurance Senior for six months before being promoted to a senior position with additional responsibilities. In 2007, they joined Flying Food Group, a fast-growing fresh meal production company with 22 operations and 7,000+ employees, as the VP of Procurement, where they were responsible for category development, management and strategy with a spend of over $300M and 10k+ SKUs. Phoebe also developed a centralized category team and led product rationalization, pricing negotiations and strategic partnerships to drive financial performance across categories. In 2021, they became the Founder of Taelor, a two-sided circular fashion platform.

Phoebe Tan obtained their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2014, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Phoebe also holds a B.S. in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, they are a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors.
