Isaiah Dawe

Isaiah Dawe is the CEO and Founder of ID Know Yourself, an organization dedicated to empowering Aboriginal youth in New South Wales, particularly those in Out of Home Care, leveraging Isaiah's personal experiences in foster care. Isaiah also serves as a CEO Member of Abundium, a network for multinational company leaders, and as a Professional Speaker with Saxton Speakers and Keynote Entertainment, delivering over 750 speeches internationally. Additionally, Isaiah holds significant roles including Chair of the Aboriginal Advisory Council at TAFE NSW, Board Director at TAFE NSW, External Leadership RAP Advisor at Uber focusing on Aboriginal initiatives, and has contributed to Marist180 as a Board Director. Recent educational pursuits include a degree in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from Stanford University and completing a course on Board Director Governance.
