Lauren Thwaites

Lauren Thwaites is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Intelligence and Reporting at TAFE NSW since March 2018, Lauren enables the effective use of the Azure platform and Power BI to enhance decision-making. Previously, in various roles at Virgin Australia from 2011 to 2018, Lauren provided leadership in business insights, reporting, and operational metrics development. Initial experience as a Senior Accountant and Management Accountant at Ernst & Young laid a strong foundation in financial compliance and auditing. Lauren holds a Chartered Accounting qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Orthoptics from La Trobe University.
