Erin Faehrmann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 1997, they worked as a Finance & IT Analyst at Postipankki. Erin then joined SA Water in 2001, where they held multiple managerial positions in Asset Planning Projects, Asset Investment, Asset Maintenance, and Capital Planning & Integration. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Manager of Performance, Infrastructure Management & Delivery. Erin also worked as the Manager of Learning Centre & Education and Manager of Operational Performance at SA Water. In 2013, they took on the role of Business Transformation Coordinator in Commercial & Business Development. From 2014 to 2015, Erin was the Manager of Capital Planning & Integration and also held the position of Project Manager for Regional Operations. In 2015, they joined Youth Opportunities Australia Ltd as a Board Member and Chair of the Board Advisory Network. Erin later became the Head of Training, Business Development & Deputy Chief Executive before being appointed as the Incoming Chief Executive in 2018. Erin's tenure at Youth Opportunities Australia Ltd ended in 2023 when they took on the role of Business Readiness Lead at TAFE SA. Additionally, Erin founded Lead With Play in 2019, where they served as the Chief Play Officer. Erin's work experience shows their expertise in leadership, business development, training, and project management.
