Jim Thornton is the current CEO at Tafi. Jim has also previously served as the Chairman, President & CEO at Cricut and as President | VP, Sales & Marketing at Tru Vue.

Jim has over 20 years of experience in strategy design and execution across operations, financial control, brand/product management, retail channel partnerships, and ecommerce platforms. Jim is known for their ability to turn companies around and grow them exponentially.

Some of Jim's notable achievements include delivering three-fold business growth and a five-fold increase in enterprise value in under five years at Cricut, alongside a 500% EBITDA improvement. Jim also successfully on-boarded a prolific leadership team at Cricut, sourcing top talent from major brands such as Honeywell, Newell Rubbermaid, AT&T, Yahoo! and Intel.
