Anne Percival

Anne Percival is an experienced IT Product Owner currently at TAG since January 2022, previously serving as Project Manager at Calrom from October 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing global airline partner projects on a SaaS basis. Anne's earlier role as Head of Operational Performance and Projects at Elegant Resorts from September 2010 to August 2019 involved leading a 30-member team and spearheading a business-wide transformation program. With a background as a Mortgage Advisor and Office Manager at P & R Financial Services Limited, Anne gained early experience in compliance and client advisory roles. Anne began their career as a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Specialist at Plexus Cotton Limited, after starting as an Office Assistant through an NVQ placement. Education was completed at Archbishop Blanch from 1991 to 1996.
