Edval Zoto, CFE, CAMS, is a seasoned managing consultant currently with Integr Partners and Risk Averse BA, demonstrating expertise in risk management and decision-making processes. Zoto has contributed to significant projects such as the OSCE Secretariat ExB Project in South-Eastern Europe, focusing on asset seizure and transnational crime, and the UK government-funded "Perspektiva të Reja" project aimed at socio-economic development in North Albania. Additionally, Zoto played a crucial role in humanitarian operations for the National Endowment for Democracy and the Center for International Private Enterprise, facilitating the evacuation and resettlement of endangered Afghans. With a strong military background, including 17 years of service in the Albanian Armed Forces and a tour in Afghanistan under NATO, Zoto is also a co-founder of Pine&Zoto Consultants and a former project manager at a publishing house. Zoto holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in History and a Master's in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
