Mr. Loretto has 30 years of investment banking and public company experience, funding and developing companies in the resource and technology sectors. He has served as an executive and director for several companies, including several successful oil and gas exploration and development stage companies in the U.S. and Canada. He holds an MBA from Gonzaga University.
